Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has availed the services of veteran Ambati Rayudu for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL). Rayudu provided a good foothold in the middle overs for Mumbai Indians, and he is capable of rotating the strikes with ease. He also possesses the ability to clear the ropes.
Chennai, who is making a comeback after serving a ban of two years has retained MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, and Ravindra Jadeja ahead of the auctions. These three cricketers were crucial to CSK’s success.
Rayudu is a goodbye for CSK in 2.2 crores, who has a huge amount of experience playing in domestic circuits.
CSK was delighted to rope in the experienced wicket-keeper-batsman. They posted a funny message as they announced the news from their social media handle on Twitter.
