Australia’s swashbuckling batsman Chris Lynn is one of the finest hitters of the ball. He is an asset in the shortest format of the game and can launch the white-ball at will. He is currently wielding his willow in the Pakistan Super League- playing for the Lahore Qalandars.
The fifth edition of the league is Lynn’s debut season. He had earlier made a name for himself in the Big Bash and Indian Premier League. However, Lynn is in the news not for cricketing reasons.
A fan posted a picture of Lynn sitting in the dugout alongside Ben Dunk. The fan from Pakistan termed the duo as Stone Cold Steve Austin and Goldberg- comparing them to the popular wrestlers. “Goldberg and Steve Austin watching #PSL2020 match in #Lahore. Good days are back,” he tweeted.

Interestingly, Lynn responded to the tweet. He said he can’t relate to the wrestlers and instead preferred famous porn star Johnny Sins. “I prefer Johnny Sins,” Lynn tweeted. Twitter was struck by this humorous side of Lynn.

The Australian dasher failed to make an impression in the IPL last time around. He has often been sidelined due to injuries. A shoulder injury made things difficult for the cricketer as he had to take a break from the game, a few years back.
He recently said that adjusting to the conditions would be key to his performance in Pakistan. “I am playing in Pakistan for the first time and I will try my best to get adjusted as soon as possible. I feel this year the squad is strong and balanced,” Lynn was quoted as saying by geosuper.tv before the start of the season.
