Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batter Faf du Plessis achieved a massive feat in the shortest format of the game. The batter became the third South African to complete 9000 runs in the T20s.

Faf du Plessis achieved the feat in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 game between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru.

He came out with positive intent and took bowlers to the cleaners, counter-attacking them. Faf du Plessis ended with the knock of 62 runs in 39 balls. It’s fair to say that he looked all set for another big knock but an unfortunate runout saw him back in the game.
