Dinesh Karthik missed the golden chance:

After staying away from the playing XI for quite a time now, the right-handed classy batsman got his chance to expose his skills in England. He was asked to bat in the middle-order in ODI’s and then got a chance in tests as well.

But, unfortunately, Dinesh Karthik missed his chance in both the formats of the game. He failed to perform in ODI games and then fared pretty poorly in the Test cricket. He was eventually replaced by Rishabh Pant.

I just love what I script. Over the years, Cricket has been my passion and crisping articles on it gives me an immense pleasure...Cheers...!!!
