Donald Trump Gives Special Shout Out To Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli

The United States of America (US) President Donald Trump has mentioned that Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli are among one of the greatest players in world cricket. Trump was invited as the Chief Guest by the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, as the former had delivered a speech at the world’s biggest stadium in the world at Ahmedabad in Gujarat.
The ‘Namaste Trump’ event was based on the ‘Howdy Modi’ programme that was addressed by Modi and Trump during Modi’s visit to the United States in September last year.
Around one lakh people gathered at Motera Stadium for the event. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani, Governor Acharya Devvrat, and BCCI President Sourav Ganguly was also present at the mega stadium.

Interestingly, legendary cricketers Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli found a special mention in Trump’s speech on his two-day visit to India.
“All over the planet people take great joy in watching Bollywood films, bhangra, and classic films like DDLJ and Sholay. You cheer on great cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli,” Trump said.

As soon as Trump mentioned the names of the two biggest cricketers to come out from India, the entire Motera Stadium erupted in joy. Also, Trump is known for his bold statements
Even India’s PM Modi was seen having a big smile when the names of Tendulkar and Kohli were mentioned by American supremo.
