Well, Emirates Cricket Board Players Rohan Mustafa, Ahmed Raza and Rameez Shahzad weren’t impressed with the facilities provided in Karachi during their game against Hong Kong. Because of the poor facilities in the venue, UAE was made to bag the same number of points that Hong Kong has grabbed, despite being in the commanding position.
It certainly didn’t please the captain Rohan Mustafa and their players Ahmed and Rameez. They displayed their outburst on their respective social media panels, which saw them being on the wrong side of things.
Rohan Mustafa, Ahmed Raza and Rameez receive 8-week ban:
The respective Emirates Cricket Board suspended all of them Eight weeks for allegedly violating Player’s Code of Conduct and use of social media during the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Emerging Teams Asia Cup.
”Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) confirmed it has completed a disciplinary investigation relating to an alleged violation of its Player’s Code of Conduct, and use of Social Media following a recent incident during the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Emerging Teams Asia Cup,” an ECB release stated

As a result, each of the players has been suspended from International Cricket for a period of 8 weeks, fined and warned about their future conduct,” added the release.
Here is what they tweeted:
Rohan Mustafa – I am really sorry to say but we are out because of the poor facility at the ground.
Ahmed Raza – club-level covers at the so-called ‘Test’ venue”.

Rameez Shahzad – Never mind the security but there are more reasons to why international cricket has overlooked this part of the world when it comes to international cricket.”
Apologised:
However, later, the trio deleted their tweets and apologised for their social media outburst. Rohan Mustafa took the onus on him while apologising for the people of Pakistan.
