England vs India 2018, 5th Test: Twitter Erupts as Ravindra Jadeja Delivers on His Return

Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja made a spirited comeback to the Test side with an outstanding half-century on day three of the fifth Test against England at The Oval in London. However, his sword celebration entertained one and all.
Meanwhile, Vihari partnered Jadeja, who has been a mere passenger in this series to revive innings.
On day three, India started the innings at 174 for six on day three; the duo defied some quality English bowling. James Anderson and Stuart Broad bowled in tandem in the morning session, but they failed to bag a wicket.
A flurry of boundaries- two for Vihari off Broad and two for Jadeja off Anderson – help India past the 200 run mark.
Furthermore, they extended their partnership past 50 to lead India’s spirited fightback.
In the final game of the ongoing series, Jadeja finally got a chance to come off the bench and repaid his captains’ faith with powerful figures of two for 57 at the end of day one. He played a key role in restraining the English run-rate as well.
Ravindra Jadeja also said that he wants to play all the three format for India:
Moreover, Jadeja feels that someday he will do well and will be into the squad as a regular all-rounder. He also conveyed that he wants to be a trusted member of the team and everyone can rely on him.
Jadeja wants to play both with bat and ball, and his only aim is to convert the opportunity into big scores and decent bowling figures.
“Whenever I get an opportunity to play for India, I will give my best in both aspects — batting and bowling. I want to become a trusted member of the team and I can fulfill the all-rounder slot well because I have done it before in the past,” Jadeja said.
England vs India: Here is how the Twitter reacted as Ravindra Jadeja makes a comeback in style for the national team.
A good comeback game for @imjadeja here. Tight with the ball and bat. Also, impressed by how Hanuma Vihari applied himself at the crease. Well deserved 50. #ENGvIND
