In return, Ben Stokes powered the Englishmen to totals well beyond reach across two innings. Moreover, despite losing one full day, England clinched a series-levelling victory by bowling out the tourists twice inside two days.

Stokes had a role in bowling as well while also committing himself to the fullest while fielding. Credit also goes to Dom Sibley, whose perseverance at the crease complemented Stokes’ aggression.
