England to begin their T20 campaign

The top-ranked ODI side will desperately want to return home with something in the upcoming three-match T20I series against Windies. They have had a horrible tour so far losing the Test series and then managing to draw the ODI series after taking an early lead. However, their main aim is the upcoming World Cup in their country as they look to lift the first trophy.

England have already reinforced that by resting Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler, their two gun players, with an eye on their workload ahead of the big event. On the other hand, Windies have done it by naming Jason Holder the captain, ahead of regular captain Carlos Brathwaite, to give the ODI squad more time together. For the English side, Dawid Malan has returned to the team -who will look to make a mark for himself.

The first T20I game between England and Windies is on March 5 (Tuesday) at St Lucia.
