Harbhajan Singh, Shikhar Dhawan Involved in a Funny Conversation

India’s off-spinner, Harbhajan Singh and Shikhar Dhawan were involved in a funny conversation on Twitter.

Harbhajan teased Dhawan for his brisk hundred. The off-spinner said the IPL is over, as he pulled Dhawan’s leg. Dhawan replied, as he could not hit a hundred in IPL, so he completed it here. Furthermore, Bhajji congratulated the southpaw for his fine knock.

However, Shikhar Dhawan was on fire in the first Test match against Afghanistan in Bengaluru. Dhawan completed his hundred off just 87 balls, as he was on song. Moreover, Dhawan became the first Indian and sixth batsman to score a century before the lunch session of Day 1.

Dhawan was on song in the first session.

Consequently, Dhawan joined the elite list of players like Sir Don Bradman in the history books.

Meanwhile, Shikhar Dhawan was in the T20 mode. The southpaw batsman scored 19 boundaries and three sixes in his blistering knock. Interestingly, Dhawan attacked Afghanistan best spinner, Rashid Khan from the get-go.

The left-hander didn’t let the mystery leg-spinner settle and put the pressure on his Sunrisers Hyderabad teammate. Dhawan took 13 runs from Rashid’s first over to put him on the backfoot.

Thus, Dhawan was able to put India’s noses in front with his quickfire knock. Meanwhile, Dhawan’s opening partner Murali Vijay scored his 12th Test hundred. The Indian openers stitched an alliance of 168 runs for the opening stand.

India is dominating, as Afghanistan got all out for 109 in their first innings in the one-off Test match.
