Hardik Pandya In Trouble Again, Case Lodged Against Him In Police Station

India allrounder Hardik Pandya has once again landed in trouble. The allrounder’s career was left in limbo after his and his India teammate were suspended following their obscene remarks on Koffee with Karan. Both the players appeared on the chat show and were in the news for all the wrong reasons. The two especially Pandya faced severe criticism for the remarks that were called as misogynistic and racist by the mass.
The allrounder had gone over the board as he gave the fans a sneak peek in his lavish lifestyle. But the flamboyant player perhaps revealed a bit too much in the show. Despite being such a popular figure in the country, the Baroda star gave answers that one can least expect from a cricketer in this cricket-obsessed nation. His disturbing remark about his family being open and how he came home after losing his virginity took the fans by utter surprise. The allrounder had also revealed how he once took his parents to a party where they asked him which woman he was seeing, and he pointed at all of them one by one.

The Committee of Administrators had later suspended the duo pending an inquiry. Consequently, both the players missed the series in Australia and the early part of the ODI series in New Zealand. But the CoA later lifted the ban pending the appointment of an ombudsman. As a result, Rahul joined India A for the series against England Lions while Pandya joined the Men in Blue for the ODI series in New Zealand.
However, just days after Pandya would have heaved a sigh of relief, he has landed in trouble again. According to reports, a local advocate has lodged a case against him at Luni police station in Jodhpur for the allrounder’s vulgar comment on the talk show. The police has registered the case in it act and SC/ST act.
Pandya, meanwhile, made an impressive return to the national team. In his comeback game, took to two important wickets for 45 runs off his 10 overs in addition to taking a breathtaking catch to send back home skipper Kane Williamson. India had gone on to win the game to take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series.

In the fifth ODI, Pandya showcased his batting potential, slamming 45 off 22 including 5 sixes to help India win the game by 35 runs.
