Perhaps, things would go way beyond than what have expected for Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul. The duo was under the pump ever since they made Sexist remarks on a talk show named Koffee With Karan. In the latest development, the reports suggest that both the cricketers might even lose their place for the upcoming ICC World Cup 2019.

Hardik Pandya has passed on sexist comments in the recent talk show named Koffee With Karan that has a huge fan base in India. Just after Hardik Pandya passing the comments, the people out there showed their anger on the social media causing outrage to Hardik Pandya. Certainly, it made an impact on his career alongside KL Rahul.

Recently, the CoA Chief Vinod Rai suggested a couple of ODI bans for the youngsters. However, the final call was with Diana Edulji, who sought some legal advice. Meanwhile, in the latest development, they once again proposed to cut down ban from 2 games to one. However, it didn’t do well with the rest of the CoA members.

But, in the latest development, the key CoA member, Diana Edulji quoted that the probe will be completed within one week after it was initiated. She also cleared that board will not involve in the final decision even if the duo missed ICC World Cup 2019. Diana Edulji doesn’t want any remark on the Indian board that got a rich history.

”The inquiry will be wrapped up within a week after the BCCI appoints a probe panel even as Edulji told Mirror that the Board will not interfere with the quantum of punishment. If it means that both players will miss out on the ICC World Cup that begins in England on May 30, then so be it,” Edulji said.

“Nobody is bigger than the game. Nobody is bigger than the institution. There is a code of conduct, things are mentioned in the contracts. You need to follow these rules and regulations. Every player must understand his or her responsibility. Such loose talk gave a bad name to the BCCI and we had to correct it,” she said.

All in all, it is going to be a tough few days for Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul. As Hardik Pandya said in his apology, he was carried away in the show and will take quality time to regain the love from the Indian people.

Meanwhile, it is interesting to see the quantum of punishment. The duo has been India’s top-class players, who can make an impact on the game. With England being supportive to fast bowlers, India would dearly miss Hardik Pandya.
