India all-rounder Hardik Pandya revealed the two things which the current Indian team is known for. Pandya said the men in blues knows how to WIN and LEARN.

Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya was instrumental in India’s win in the third and final T20I against England on Sunday. In fact, Pandya took a beating in his first over, as he went for 22 runs. The Indian all-rounder was taken to cleaners by England opener Jason Roy.

Hardik Pandya contributed with both bat and ball.

However, Hardik Pandya bounced back in the remaining overs. He took four wickets and gave away only 16 runs in his next three overs. It was a perfect comeback from the Indian all-rounder, as he kept providing the crucial breakthroughs.

Furthermore, Hardik Pandya got promoted in the batting order. Pandya was asked to bat at number five position after Virat Kohli got dismissed. Thus, Pandya who is well known for striking the ball clean had a chance to grab his opportunity.

In fact, Pandya also didn’t disappoint with the bat. He scored a quickfire 33 runs off 14 balls to provide the finishing touches to the Indian team. Consequently, he was instrumental in the decider of the series. Pandya’s blistering knock also took the pressure off the shoulders of Rohit Sharma.

Meanwhile, Pandya’s Mumbai Indians captain, Rohit Sharma scored a fine hundred to take India over the line in the final match.

This was Rohit’s third T20I hundred which makes him join Colin Munro for the most number of centuries in the shortest format.

Ergo, India was able to clinch the T20I series by 2-1. Therefore, it was a good start of the tour for the Virat Kohli’s men. The tourists will look to repeat their performance in the upcoming One-day series. The first One-Dayer will be played on July 12 at Trent Bridge.

Hardik Pandya took to Twitter after India’s win. His post read as,

“This team knows only two things:
1️⃣ Win ?
2️⃣ Learn ?

So proud ??
