Hardik Pandya Surprised His Father After England Tour

Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya surprised his father as the latter saw him after three months after the Baroda-based promising cricketer toured to England to partake in the length series.
However, India only managed to win the Twenty20 International series by 2-1. After that, England won the One-day International series by 2-1 and the five-match Test series by 4-1.
As Alastair Cook retired from the international cricket, his teammate veteran James Anderson became the highest wicket-taker??as a fast bowler in Test matches. He surpassed Australian great Glenn McGrath.
Taking about Pandya, he put show??good effort with both bat and ball in the Twenty20 series. He picked up six wickets from three matches and scored 45 runs from two innings.
Following his good effort in the Twenyy20??series Pandya grabbed him a position for the ODI series. However, there he couldn’t??do much either with bat or with ball. He only manages to pick a solitary wicket and contributed??42 runs off his bat.
Moreover, Pandya had a good Test series bagging ten wickets from four matches. He also picked up a five-wicket haul in the first essay of the third Test match.
Pandya scored 184 runs from eight innings that he has played. However, India could only manage to win that Test match against England by 203 runs.
Furthermore, Pandya will soon join with the Indian squad who are already in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the Asia Cup 2018.
Pandya’s form will be crucial for India in the tournament. India will play the Asia??Cup 2018 without the regular skipper Virat Kohli.
Rohit Sharma will lead the side in absence of Kohli.??India will play their opening match against Hong Kong on September 18. After that, they will take on arch-rivals Pakistan in the second match on September 19.
Hardik Pandya along with Kedar Jadhav,??Mahendra Singh Dhoni, and Dinesh Karthik will play an important role in the middle order.
Hardik returned home after the Test series against England. In a pleasant manner, he surprised his father when he returned home.
Pandya also shared the video of the meeting on Instagram. However, his father was sleeping when Pandya entered the room, but the moment he saw his son he couldn’t stop himself from hugging him.
