Great Exposure for the Indian Players.

In fact, Kaur has played under Blackwell when she played under her captaincy in the Big Bash League for the Sydney Thunder. Therefore, Harmanpreet Kaur will find it easy to gel with the teammates. In fact, Kaur was in contention to play for Surrey in the previous season. However, she was ruled due to an injury.

Meanwhile, Mandhana played for Brisbane Heat in the Big Bash League. Western Storm head coach Trevor Griffin is delighted to have Mandhana on board.

“We are really excited that Smriti will be joining us. She is one of the brightest young talents in the game at the moment. Although she is still young, she has a great deal of experience of the game at the highest level and we believe that she will prove to be an excellent signing,” Western Storm head coach Trevor Griffin had said.

It is great to note that Indian Women Cricketers are getting the exposure of playing cricket around the globe. Thus, it is helping them in taking their game to the next level.
