The stylish all-rounder from Punjab Yuvraj Singh, who defeated cancer to win the World Cup for his country in 2011 celebrates his 36th birthday. Yuvraj has been a top performer for India in all the three departments and has proved to be a match winner on many occasions. Since making his debut under the captaincy of Sourav Ganguly, Yuvraj has been a loyal servant of Indian cricket.

From the memorable NatWest Trophy final win against England in 2002 alongside Mohammad Kaif, to hit six sixes in an over off Stuart Broad in 2007 ICC T20 World Cup against England, the valiant fighter has stepped in for the team’s cause on many occasions. However, currently he is struggling to find a spot in the limited overs squad for India but, he possesses all the capabilities to fight back his way like he has done almost all his life.
