The India middle-order batsman, Manish Pandey feels delighted after amassing a pile of runs in the quadrangular series. Pandey is enjoying his form of the life and led his team, India B from the front in the finale against Australia A on Wednesday.
Manish Pandey was the skipper of India B that won the quadrangular series involving India B, South Africa A and Australia A.
India B played the final of the tournament against Australia A, whereas, India A played for the third place against South Africa A. It was pleasant to see both the Indian teams wrapped up the series on a positive note.
Manish Pandey continued his brilliant run-up in the tournament and remained unbeaten throughout the series. He scored 306 runs and won the title of ‘Man of the match’ in finals for a magnificent 73 off 53 balls.

“This tournament has been good to me. The way the boys played in the four games was commendable. We bowled really well to get them all-out for 225 today. I had a month off, came in with a settled mindset. I wanted to stay at the wicket and knew I would get runs,” said Pandey after the game.
Earlier, Australia A managed to put a total of 225 while batting for only 47.5 overs. D Arcy Short who scored 72 off 77 balls was the top performer for the visitors.
In reply, Manish Pandey-led India B got off to an excellent start. The opening batsmen put 110-run partnership on the board. Mayank Agarwal was once again brilliant, as he scored 67-ball 69. India B achieved the target in just 36.3 overs.
