I Will Bring More Innovations To Rajasthan Royals – Paddy Upton
It is going to be the third time for Paddy Upton to be with Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League 2019. However, this time he got the players, who have got experience in their kitty, unlike earlier editions. Earlier, Rajasthan used to bank on their youngsters, now, they have matured enough to deliver in a smart way.
Speaking of the same, Paddy Upton quoted that he is quite happy to be associated with the franchise and would like to deliver the goods this time. Further, he added that he has got coaches for batting and bowling, which makes his job easier.

The coach, who made giant strides in his career quoted that Rajasthan Royals have got matured players in the side, who can make things fall in place for their franchise. He also wants to use his experience of coaching various franchises and make things different.
Upton believes that he can bring required innovations to the side by using all his experience. Further, he also spoke on Jaydev Unadkat, who have been bought back in the side after releasing him ahead of the IPL auctions.
”I think this time around I am going to be in a slightly different position. The Royals have evolved and matured, they also have coaches for batting and bowling who will be assisting me this time around. Back then I was also at the beginning of my tenure as a T20 coach. Since then I have had experience in coaching in different T20 leagues around the world. Hopefully, I’ll be able to bring more innovations that I have picked up along the way to my job as a Royals coach,” he quoted.
Zubin Bharucha (Royals’ head of cricket operations) & Co. have done a good job in building the squad. We have picked some expensive players, like Jaydev Unadkat, that add great value to the side,” he added while speaking to News18.com
Well, as Paddy Upton said, Rajasthan Royals has picked up brilliant squad this time to make things happen. However, ahead of going into the season, they suffered a major headache with Steven Smith’s participation being uncertain.
