Mohammed finally broke the silence as he came out and spoke his heart out in front of the media regarding the recent accusations imposed by his wife. Hasin Jahan, the wife of Mohammed Shami, has accused him of cheating on him and his country.
Jahan has accused Mohammed Shami of having an extra-marital affair has leaked screenshots of Shami’s WhatsApp chats.
Jahan on Wednesday posted several screenshots of Messenger and Whatsapp messages on her Facebook wall, in a bid to expose the pacer’s extra-marital affair.
Facebook later removed all the pictures without any prior notice or warning by the social media platform.
Hasin Jahan also lodged an FIR against the Indian bowler on five charges. Charges imposed against Shami are under Section 307 – attempt to murder, Section 323 – punishment for voluntarily causing hurt, Section 376 – rape, Section 506 – criminal intimidation. Four other family members of the cricketer have also been named in the complaint by the police.
Jahan also said that Shami also cheated on his country and accused the Indian player of match-fixing.
However, in an exclusive interview with ABP news denied all such reports and said that he is 100 percent loyal towards his country.
Shami said.
“As far as the allegation of compromising my performance playing for the country is concerned, I would rather die than betray my country. I respect Indian Army the most.”
