India’s former skipper MS Dhoni tried to escape from a die-hard fan, who wanted to meet him just before the Australian innings kickstarted. After India’s huddle which takes place before the start of an innings, a fan who breached the security ran towards the Indian players and tried to meet Dhoni. The gloveman was quick and started running away from the fan, who went on to chase him.

Dhoni finally stopped near the wickets and shook hands with the fan who went on to hug the former captain. The fan had worn a T-Shirt which had Thala name on its back. In fact, we have seen in the past that many spectators have breached the security officials to greet the legendary MS Dhoni.

It is a hilarious clip.

Meanwhile, MS Dhoni could not trouble the scorers as he was dismissed for a golden duck. Dhoni has been in fine form but he was dismissed on the first ball by Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa. The talisman batsman has scored 301 runs in 2019 as he has scored his runs at an astounding average of 150.50 (excluding today’s match).

On the other hand, Dhoni was not able to rotate the strike in 2018 but he has turned the tables in 2019. In fact, Dhoni’s return to form is a big boost for the India National Cricket Team ahead of the ICC World Cup 2019.

Meanwhile, India was skittle out for 250 runs after Australian skipper Aaron Finch won the toss and decided to bowl first. Indian captain Virat Kohli batted with gumption as the linchpin batter scored his 40th ODI hundred.

Pat Cummins was the chief destroyer of the Indian innings as the gun pacer scalped four wickets. Vijay Shankar also looked good for his knock of 46 runs which came off just 41 balls. Adam Zampa took two wickets for Australia.
