The fans could not have asked for a better finish to the ongoing series between India and Australia. The stage is set for both the teams to assert their supremacy when they take on each other in the final of the three-match series in Bengaluru. The most celebrated rivalry in ODI cricket has once again delivered on the expected lines.

After Australia made light work of India in the series-opener, the Men in Blue bounced back in style in the second game to make it clear that past records and momentum do not really make a difference when these heavyweights lock horns on a cricket field. India put up a good batting show in the previous game and scored a mammoth total of 340 for 6.

The bowlers, who went wicketless in the first ODI, then made sure to complement the batsmen’s effort by bowling out the visitors for 304. Both the teams are more than capable of winning the upcoming game and one look forward to a cracking game of cricket.
