India vs Bangladesh 2019: 3rdT20I - Weather Forecast

The three-match T20I series between India and Bangladesh is finely poised at the moment. Both the teams have registered one convincing win so far and the series will now be decided in the third and final game in Nagpur. Bangladesh drew the first blood in the series by stunning the hosts by seven wickets in the opener in Delhi.

However, India did not take long to prove that the defeat was just a one-off and they just had a bad day at the office. The hosts registered a thumping eight wicket win in the do-or-die clash in Rajkot to keep the series alive. Led by their skipper Rohit Sharma’s blistering half-century, the Men in Blue just blew away the visitors.

After being asked to bat first, Bangladesh were off to a good start.  Liton Das (29 off 21) and Mohammad Naim (36 off 31) shared an opening stand of 60 before Soumya Sarkar made sure to keep the scoreboard ticking at a healthy rate. However, the innings turned on its head when Yuzvendra Chahal struck twice in the 13th over to dismiss Sarkar and Mushfiqur Rahim.

Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah then scored 30 from 21 to help his side put up a decent total. However, 153 for 6 turned out to be too less in the end as India chased it down inside 16 overs thanks to Rohit Sharma. The opener started playing the big shots right from the word go as he raced away to his fifty from just 23 balls.
