Bangladesh PM will turn up for Kolkata Test – Sourav Ganguly
After taking the charge of BCCI on Wednesday, Sourav Ganguly addressed the media to answer various queries of the media people. Speaking of the upcoming series, Sourav Ganguly quoted that he already invited the Prime Minister of Bangladesh for the Test match in Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

Further, he revealed that Bangladesh Prime Minister has accepted the request to visit India. Sourav Ganguly added that he will be surprised if the players won’t follow their Prime Minister orders.
“The Bangladesh PM has said she will turn up for the Test in Kolkata. If she has given her consent, I don’t see how the national team won’t,” Sourav Ganguly said.

In his first address to media after getting elected, Ganguly said the team won’t compromise on BCCI’s credibility. He also said Virat Kohli is the most important man in Indian cricket and the administrator’s job is to make the team’s life easier.
India will take on Bangladesh in a three-match T20I series followed by a two-match Test series. The series gets underway in the Capital on November 3. And also, for the first time, Bangladesh will be touring to play two formats of the game.
