New Zealand wicketkeeper-batswoman Katey Martin and Frances Mackay collided with each other while running between the wickets. Both the batters were ball watching and bumped into each other while completing a single. However, both the batswomen were able to reach their respective ends safely. Thus, it was a comedy of errors from the New Zealand batting pair.
Meanwhile, New Zealand has posted a par score of 159 runs in the first T20 against India’s Women after Harmanpreet Kaur won the toss and decided to bowl first.
Indian women had clinched the recently concluded three-match ODI series by 2-1. They had won the first ODI match by nine wickets and won the second by eight wickets.
