India vs New Zealand 2019: Watch - Partner In Crime, Kuldeep Yadav Makes His Debut on Chahal TV

The spin duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav spun their magic as Indian National Cricket team took a 1-0 lead in the five-match ODI series against New Zealand at Napier. However, the partners in crime once again caught themselves up, this time on the famous Chahal TV for the bcci.tv.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Shami started off on a great note knocking over both the openers in successive overs. Skipper Kane Williamson’s call of opting to bat faltered as Yuzvendra Chahal soon had two return catches to have the hosts down to 76 for 4. Kuldeep Yadav then joined the party and bagged wickets (four) for fun as the spin twins helped India bowl New Zealand out for 157.

Meanwhile, India were never really bothered in the run chase. The sun did bother the batsmen by coming right in the line of the batsman’s view, forcing play to stop for about half an hour. Shikhar Dhawan held one end tight and alongside Virat Kohli, ensured it was a cakewalk for India.

Kuldeep appears on Chahal TV

Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal, famously known as ‘Kulcha’ have been India’s vital cog in the limited-overs series. With the ICC World Cup in sight, the spin pair will be crucial for Virat Kohli & Co in England and Wales. Meanwhile, after hosting Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in Australia, Chahal TV was back with a new episode and this time with Kuldeep.

Speaking on their partnership, Kuldeep Yadav admitted that he likes bowling with Chahal and did a wonderful job in South Africa and England. He also noted that it was good to have four wickets to his name on a batting wicket.

“The pitch was good for batting hence I had to be careful with the areas I bowl. It was my first match and I think of wickets and it felt good to get wickets. The ball was skidding, hence one has to be careful with the variations. I feel good when I bowl in tandem with you. We were good in South Africa and England,” Kuldeep said on Chahal TV.

In conclusion, Kuldeep wished that Chahal TV grows strong in numbers and that Yuzvendra Chahal can continue this even after he leaves the game.

“I also wish Chahal TV becomes a leading show so that you can do it after leaving the game as well,” he signed off.
