India vs New Zealand 2019: Watch: Yuzvendra Chahal Takes a Sharp Caught and Bowled

India’s leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal took a sharp caught and bowled to sent back Tom Latham. The leg-spinner bowled towards the leg-stump and the southpaw batsman made the mistake of hitting the ball straight back to the bowler. Chahal took a good low catch as the ball was dipping in.

In fact, this was second caught and bowled of Yuzvendra Chahal as he also got rid of Ross Taylor. Thus, Chahal took two wickets and continued Mohammed Shami’s good work.

Shami gave a perfect start to the visitors as he sent back both openers, Colin Munro and Martin Guptill. The fast bowler was accurate in his line and length and thus he was rewarded for his good bowling.

Shami was able to find the gap between bat and pad of Colin Munro to hit the top of off-stump. Kedar Jadhav provided another breakthrough when Kuldeep Yadav took a sharp catch at mid-wicket to get rid of Henry Nicholls.

Kuldeep Yadav then was quick to remove the lower order of New Zealand as he took four wickets. On the other hand, Kane Williamson was the lone warrior for the hosts as the Kiwis skipper scored a good knock of 64 runs.

However, Williamson tried to take on the attack against Kuldeep Yadav but he was beaten in the flight and he gave the catch to the long-on fielder. Yadav was then able to take three more wickets to skittle out the hosts for a paltry score of 157 runs.

Thus, India will back themselves to chase down the target of 158 runs. Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan will like to take their side in close proximity to the target.
