Team India will look to wrap up the Twenty20 International series, when they face Windies in the second fixture on November 6 (Tuesday) at Lucknow.

Meanwhile, Dinesh Karthik stepped up to share two crucial partnership after early hiccups to see India home in the opening game. He remained unbeaten on 31 runs to secure a five wickets win for his side. Previously, the bowlers did an exceptional job to restrict Windies to 109 runs, after Rohit Sharma elected to bowl first. Kuldeep Yadav was the star of the show bagging wickets while chipped in with one each while being economical.

Although the top-order has struggled to fire, India is likely to retain the same order to seal the series. The middle-order will also get one chance as the likes of Rishabh Pant and KL Rahul will look to get their touch back.

Here is the predicted XI of team India for the second T20I against Windies at Lucknow:

ROHIT SHARMA (C)

The skipper Rohit Sharma has been in swashbuckling form in the ODI series, however, failed in the opening fixture. Rohit will be keen to score runs in the second T20I against Windies in an attempt to wrap up the series.

Shikhar Dhawan has struggled to find his right touch in the ongoing series against Windies. However, the southpaw can be a match-winner on any given day, and he needs to get his touch back ahead of the Australia tour.

KL Rahul got off to a good start scoring 16 runs but failed to capitalise on it. He needs to score some big runs to retain his spot in the first XI. However, there is no doubt Rahul’s ability, and he just needs to spend some time in the middle to get his touchback.

The talented Rishabh Pant once again missed an opportunity as he managed to score only one run. However, he will be desperate to score some runs and regain his confidence back ahead of the Australia tour.

Krunal Pandya had an outstanding international debut contributing with both bat and ball. He returned with one for 15 with the ball while chipping in with unbeaten 21 off just nine balls to seal the game.

He will look to continue doing well in the upcoming games and impress he selectors.
