Riding on the first-day heroics at Rajkot in India vs Windies 2018 series, the Indians strengthened their case by knocking it superbly on the first session of the day two as well. The skipper, Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant displayed pure class on the morning to complete a 133-run partnership for the fifth wicket.

Both the Delhi lads knocked the ball like a dream to keep the Windies chasing the leather more often than not. Rishabh Pant, in particular, has been at his explosive best. He continuously kept the Windies fielders on their toes.

Virat Kohli scored his 24th ton while Rishabh Pant misses out:

The India skipper bagged yet another century in his kitty on the first session of the day two. He worked hard for his runs, as he found boundaries only six times in his century. However, it has been a splendid ton that surpassed Virender Sehwag in the highest century-scorers chart for India.

However, Rishabh Pant went berserk with his willow. He entertained the fans with his massives strikes off Windies bowlers. His stunning 92-run knock numbered eight fours and four sixes. However, he was quite unfortunate to miss out his second century.
