Ahead of the final T20I of the series, Team India made changes to their bowling unit on Friday (November 9th). They asked Jasprit Bumrah, Umesh Yadav and Kuldeep Yadav to take rest and brought back Siddarth Kaul into the mix. As far as the series progress is concerned, India already bagged it by winning the first 2 games.
BCCI, in their media release, quoted that they took the decision in order to give enough rest for the bowlers ahead of the Australian tour. Further, the All India Selection Committee called-up Siddarth Kaul to the Chennai T20I.
The Indian team management has decided to rest Umesh Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav from the upcoming third Paytm T20I against the Windies in Chennai.

Decision has been made to allow the trio to be in the best physical condition ahead of India’s tour to Australia. The All-India Senior Selection Committee has added Siddarth Kaul to India’s squad for the final T20I.

However, it would be a great chance for Siddarth Kaul to impress the selectors and press his case for the future selections as well. Meanwhile, it is a right move to preserve the bowlers, as India already sealed the series.
Updated Squad:
Rohit Sharma (captain), Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Dinesh Karthik (wicket-keeper), Manish Pandey, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant (wicket-keeper), Krunal Pandya, Washington Sundar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Khaleel Ahmed, Shahbaz Nadeem, Siddarth Kaul
As it happened:
In the 2 matches of the series so far, India displayed a top-notch cricket to come out victorious on both the occasions. The first game was all about the bowling section, who rolled up visitors for a small total and then Dinesh Karthik guided the chase.

As far as the second game is concerned, the skipper Rohit Sharma was the complete entertainer. He knocked his 4th T20I century to become the only person to do that. Then, it was another flop show by Windies in the chase.
The final match is set to be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on coming Sunday (November 11th). The clash is expected to be a cracking contest, as the Chennai track offers a lot for batsmen.
