India vs Windies 2018: Rohit Sharma Hails Krunal Pandya, Khaleel Ahmed's Courage

Of late, whatever team India is touching is turning out to be gold. The youngsters are making an impact on the game right in their debut games to make things hard for the selectors. Meanwhile, the latest to enter the Indian T20I dressing room is Krunal Pandya and Khaleel Ahmed and the skipper Rohit Sharma is all excited about them.
Bowling against Windies batsmen is always a tough ask for the bowlers, especially in the T20I format of the game. However, Krunal Pandya and Khaleel Ahmed delivered right in their first appearance against them.

The skipper of India, Rohit Sharma believes Krunal Pandya and Khaleel Ahmed will make the things easy for team India, in a case of delivering the goods on a regular basis.

During the course, Rohit Sharma also revealed Krunal Pandya wanted to bowl against Kieron Pollard and ended up taking his wicket as well. The skipper added it is pleasing to watch the youngsters looking confident in their approach.
Further, he also cited the future of Indian cricket would be very bright if the youngsters keep on delivering the goods. All in all, Rohit Sharma is pretty much happy with the performances of his boys.

“Very exciting talents again — Krunal and Khaleel. Krunal — I’ve seen him closely in last two-three years for MI. When he came into bowl, Pollard was batting. He was the one who wanted to bowl against him. These guys are ready to take those challenges. Exciting for the captain when you see that. If they continue to work on their skills, India’s going to benefit for sure,” Rohit Sharma quoted.
However, as Rohit said, India will surely benefit if the youngsters make their mark with fine performances. Meanwhile, it would be interesting to see the youngsters’ progress in the remaining two games against the Windies.
