Here comes yet another staggering record under the belt of Virat Kohli. The run-machine of India has reached the 10,000-run landmark in One Day Format of the game. During the course, he accumulated many unbelievable records in his kitty.
The consistent batsman in the cricketing world reached the 10,000 run milestone when he knocked Ashley Nurse to a single towards mid-wicket region. It took him 205 innings to reach the milestone, which is the fastest for any batsman in the cricketing world.
Virat Kohli surpasses Sachin Tendulkar to become second youngest to 10,000 ODI runs:
The classy right-handed batsman became the second youngest player in the world cricket to knock the 10,000th ODI run in the game of cricket. The first to do so was former India captain, Sourav Ganguly.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli is 29 years, 351 days old when he created the great record. Meanwhile, Ganguly knocked it when he was aged 27-years and 341-days-old.
However, the current India skipper is followed by Sachin Tendulkar, who knocked when he was 32-years and 95-days-old. The age gap between the players shows how brutal and consistent Virat Kohli has been in the ODI cricket.

Apart from becoming the second youngest, he also rattled many records on his way. During the course, he also gathered the runs to register yet another century.
Coming to his knock at Vizag, as usual, he started the innings by knocking the occasional boundaries and built his innings by adding singles and couples to it. He got a reprieve when Jason Holder dropped him on 46*.
Since the drop, Virat Kohli played extra-cautiously and made his way to knock a 10,000th ODI run in his career. Further, he followed it up with his 37th ODI century.
