India vs Windies 2018: Watch - Shikhar Dhawan Falls After Brisk Start

Shikhar Dhawan, who didn’t find his mojo in the first three games against the Windies failed to capitalize in the fourth ODI as well. The left-hander, after providing India with a quick start got out of 38 off 40 balls when a mistimed pull shot went straight in the hands of mid-wicket.
Earlier in the day, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to bat first. The opening duo of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan started their innings on a good note, as they added 71 runs for the first wicket.
Meanwhile, there has been a few changes after India lost their third ODI match in Pune. All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja returned into the side along with Kedar Jadhav who replaced Rishabh Pant. Meanwhile, Shikhar Dhawan was looking aggressive, as he wanted to score big in this ongoing series,
Moreover, Shikhar Dhawan scored 38 runs off 40 deliveries with the help of four boundaries and two massive sixes. However, he couldn’t score some big runs in the ODI series in spite of starting the innings properly. The southpaw so far scored 106 runs from four matches.
Furthermore, it was a good delivery from Keemo Paul who made his way into the side. However, it was a big celebration after the youngster bagged Dhawan’s wicket. He tried mocking Dhawan’s high-five celebration. Dhawan though had a smile on his face and walked off.
Meanwhile, it was another instance of Shikhar Dhawan failing to get going, as he couldn’t convert his start into a huge score and India lost the plot of putting pressure early on. The change of bowling had paid dividends for the Windies, as Paul had struck in his opening over.
From here on, India needs to be extremely cautious, as they want some excellent batting from the middle-order batsmen.
