India World Cup Squad Announcement: When And Where To Watch On TV, Online In India
India’s 15-member squad for World Cup 2019 will be announced later today. For the first time in the history, the proceedings will have a live telecast on Star Sports, the official channel that will be broadcasting the tournament as well.
The press conference will start at 3:30 PM and will go on for a few minutes as the selectors will also take questions from the media as well.

It might also have a live telecast on Hotstar for the viewers who wish to see it online.
Apart from the five selectors, board’s officials and Indian skipper Virat Kohli will be attending the selection meeting.
Though it is unlikely that Kohli will be at the presser to answer the questions that will be posed by media.
He is already in Mumbai to play today’s match for Royal Challengers Bangalore against Mumbai Indians.
It remains to be seen if Rohit Sharma, Virat’s deputy in limited-overs format, also attends the press conference or not.
The chances of him going at selection meeting are unlikely.
The squad is not expected to have any surprise as the selectors are only expected to name players whom they have tested out in past one year.
Players like Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Kedar Jadhav, Jasprit Bumrah, Kuldeep Yadav etc are automatic picks.
Hardik Pandya, despite missing out on international action, is an automatic selection.
Vijay Shankar has a strong chance of making it to the squad as a pure batsman if not as an all-rounder.
The debate will be regarding the fourth pacer, third spinner and backup wicket-keeper.
India need a fourth pacer for the tournament.
Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Shardul Thakur, Deepak Chahar, Navdeep Saini, Siddarth Kaul and Khaleel Ahmed are in the race for that spot.
Umesh has a strong chance but his IPL form has not been good.
The questions regarding spinner are obvious and Ravindra Jadeja is the sole contender for that spot.
But the question is whether India need a third spinner or not?
If yes, then there is no doubt that he (Jadeja) will be a part of the team.
For the backup wicket-keeper, the race is between Dinesh Karthik and Rishabh Pant.
Both have an equal chance of getting a place in the team but only one of them will go to England.
There are also questions over the place of Ambati Rayudu as his recent form has not been good.
India kick off their World Cup campaign against South Africa on June 5.
