Set 182, the Knight Riders were 112 for 2 in the 13th overs and were looking set to win the game. However, quick wickets and a disciplined bowling effort derailed their innings as they ended their innings on 168 for 6. Robin Uthappa top-scored for the Knight Riders, scoring 54.
