Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will take on Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the first qualifier of the Indian Premier League (IPL)  2018. The Orange Army had won nine matches to finish at the summit of the points table.

However, Kane Williamson-led team has lost their last three matches which would have shaken their confidence. Nonetheless, it doesn’t take away their good work in the season.

On the other hand, Super Kings has made it into the playoffs stage for the ninth time. Thus, they hold a hundred percent record of making it into the final four of the IPL.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni will like to take his team to glory for the third time in the IPL folklore.

However, when these two teams had met early in the season, Super Kings was able to win on both the occasions.

Here is a look at the Predicted Playing XI of the Sunrisers Hyderabad:

This was crucial for the Sunrisers as Dhawan can provide a good platform.

Alex Hales:

Alex Hales hasn’t made a big impact since he has come into the playing XI.

However, England batsman will like to prove his mettle in the playoff matches.

Kane Williamson:

Kane Williamson is in fine form in this season of IPL. SRH skipper has scored 661 runs in the 14 matches he has played.

Williamson will like to keep his good form going in the playoff matches.

Manish Pandey:

Manish Pandey has underfire for the 2016 edition champions.

However, the right-hander had scored a good knock of 62 against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Pandey will like to be at the top of his game.

Yusuf Pathan has done a decent job in a couple of matches.

The veteran batsman has played some imperative cameos for the Orange Army to finish the innings on a high.

Shakib Al Hasan has delivered the goods with both bat as well as the ball.

The Bangladesh all-rounder will like to give his best performance in the qualifier.

Shreevats Goswami has done a good job after Wriddhiman Saha got injured. Goswami also did well while opening the innings in the last game.

Sunrisers were consistent with their performances in the league matches.

Rashid Khan has continued to breathe down the batsmen neck. The leg-spinner has taken 16 wickets in the 14 matches. Khan will like to keep his good show going.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar has missed a couple of matches due to his workload.

The pack leader will like to rise to the occasion in the imperative match.

Siddharth Kaul has proved to be expensive in the last few matches.

However, the fast bowler has impressed with his pace and bounce. Kaul had scalped two wickets in the last match and he was also economical.

Sandeep Sharma has got the ball to swing in the initial phase of the innings for Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The swing bowler will like to hit the right areas in the pivotal match.
