IPL 2018: Siddharth Kaul Reprimanded for Level 1 Offence

Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler, Siddharth Kaul has been reprimanded for breaching the Level 1 offence.
The right-hander was punished for giving a send-off and celebrating in the face of rookie spinner Mayank Markande during the game against Mumbai Indians on Tuesday night in Mumbai.
Kaul celebrated after catching Markande plumb in front of the wickets. Meanwhile, Siddharth Kaul admitted the Level 1 offence under the 2.1.4 article of the IPL code of conduct for Players and Team officials, a BCCI media release confirmed the news.
The pacer has also accepted his sanction, and thus, there was no need for a formal hearing.
Siddharth Kaul celebrated in the face of Mayank Markande.
For all the Level 1 breaches of the IPL code of conduct, the match referee’s decision is regarded as final.
However, Siddharth Kaul has been in prolific form in the ongoing season of the IPL. The Hyderabad’s bowler has scalped nine wickets after playing six matches.

Kaul was instrumental in Sunrisers last match win against defending champions Mumbai Indians. The right-hander took three wickets for 23 runs and played his role in restricting Mumbai Indian in their joint lowest total in IPL folklore.
Siddharth Kaul has impressed with his brisk pace and good control on his line as well as length. The fast bowler who represents Punjab in the domestic circuit is doing a fine job for the 2016 edition champions.

Kaul was first, able to trap southpaw Mitchell McClenaghan in front. Later, he also got the better off Mayank Markande. The fast bowler also didn’t let Hardik Pandya off the hook and thus also scalped his crucial wicket.
Meanwhile, Siddharth Kaul is at the second place on the leading wicket-getters chart this season. Mayank Markande is the at the top of the ladder with ten wickets to his name.
