Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper Virat Kohli shared an emotional message for all the fans and people associated with the franchise for their early exit from this edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Meanwhile, RCB finished sixth in league with 12 points, as they failed to qualify for the playoffs. As a result, their poor run in the T20 league continues, as they are one of the few teams yet to put a hand on the trophy.

Bangalore, however, had the poorest of the starts losing games on a trot. It was once again their bowling unit which failed to back up a strong batting line-up. However, they managed to turn things around baking on individual brilliance.

Former South African cricketer, AB de Villiers played a major scoring runs on most occasions. Kohli also provided good support, as they came to back in line for the playoffs.

Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have already qualified to the mega final on May 27. Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders will fight it out of Qualifier 2 on May 25 to set a final date with CSK.
