From Gujarat Lions to RCB
Akashdeep recently scored a handy 43 against Jammu and Kashmir. He will get the opportunity to share the dressing room with some of the big names. Under the captaincy of Virat Kohli, Akashdeep will look to find his groove and make a name for himself. The wicket at the Chinnaswamy stadium is usually batting friendly. The true bounce and short ropes are batsman’s delight.

The Bangalore franchise haven’t won the IPL till now. They have re-shuffled the side this year and will look to find some luck. The likes of Kohli, AB de Villiers and Yuzvendra Chahal are key in the shortest format of the game and they will hold the aces this time too. Akashdeep is also a part-time pacer bowler. He can chip in with few overs in case the side demands more depth in the batting order. The franchise also bought young Bengal spinner Prayas Ray Barman.
