Rajasthan Royals (RR) claimed a crucial victory on Saturday (13th April) evening when they beat the home side Mumbai Indians (MI) by four wickets (with three balls remaining) at Wankhede Stadium (Mumbai).
After the visiting side sent the home team to bat first, MI managed to score 187/5 (20 overs). In the second innings, RR reached their target in 19.3 overs after losing six wickets.

i) Rohit Sharma becomes the first MI captain to lead the side in 100 T20 matches.
ii) Opening batsman Quinton de Kock scored 81 runs. It is the fourth highest individual score by an MI batsman against RR.
iii) Middle-order batsman Hardik Pandya has hit 50 IPL sixes for this side. After Kieron Pollard (171 sixes), Rohit Sharma (136 sixes) and Ambati Rayudu (79 sixes), Hardik Pandya becomes the fourth batsman to hit 50 or more IPL sixes for this side.
iv) Pacer Jasprit Bumrah has picked up 71 IPL wickets for MI. He is the joint third most IPL wicket-taker for MI. Mitchell McClenaghan has also taken 71 IPL wickets for this side. Only Lasith Malinga (157 wickets) and Harbhajan Singh (127 wickets) are ahead of them in this list.
i) The left-arm pacer Jaydev Unadkat has picked up 150 wickets in his T20 career. He is the third Indian left-arm pacer and sixth Indian pacer to take 150 or more T20 wickets.
ii) Opening batsman Jos Buttler scored 89 runs off 43 balls. It is the joint third highest individual score by a RR batsman against MI.
