IPL 2020: Ben Stokes Reveals The Name Of Most Talented Cricketer He Has Ever Played With

Rajasthan Royals’ all-rounder, Ben  Stokes has named his England teammate, Jos Buttler as the most talented cricketer he has ever played with. Both Buttler and Stokes are currently playing for Rajasthan in the IPL 2020.

Stokes, who is leading the charge for Rajasthan’s comeback in the tournament in a bid to qualify for the playoffs has been in tremendous touch in the last couple of matches. The left-hander smashed a hundred against Mumbai Indians and a fifty against Kings XI Punjab, both in winning cause, and earned the Man of the Match.

Ben Stokes has played international cricket for more than 9 years and played with and against several big names. In a video uploaded on the Rajasthan Royals’ social media account, Ben Stokes and teammate Jofra Archer involve themselves in a fun rapid-fire round.

When Archer asked him to name the most talented cricketer he’s ever played with, Stokes said, “I reckon, talent-wise, just because of his versatility, Jos Buttler.”

Ben Stokes joined Rajasthan Royals mid-season as he was in New Zealand with his father, who was in the hospital. Stokes is opening, whereas Buttler is shifted down the order to do the finishing duties.

Stokes has scored 267 runs in 7 matches at a strike rate of 141 and Buttler has scored 293 runs at a strike rate of 142. Both performed their role to perfection in RR’s victory over KXIP.

Rajasthan Royals have 12 points and a game left. They will face Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday in a must-win game in Dubai.
