The full schedule for the thirteenth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) has been announced. Last year’s finalists Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings will lock horns against each other in a mouth-watering first match of the tournament on September 19 in Abu Dhabi.
The first match of the tournament was pretty much known but there were some doubts over CSK’s participation after 13 of their members tested positive for the dreaded COVID-19. Out of those 13, two were players. However, the BCCI took its time and after finding out that no new member had tested positive and CSK had started its training, they announced the schedule.
