Chennai Super Kings will lock horns against Kolkata Knight Riders in the 21st match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. The teams are coming into this game on the back of contrasting results.
Chennai Super Kings beat Kings XI Punjab in their last game to earn a much-needed victory which also ended their three-match losing streak. It was a thumping win by the three-time champions as they thrashed the KL Rahul-led side by ten wickets to get back to winning ways.
The MS Dhoni-led side would be looking to make the most of the momentum today. Kolkata Knight Riders, on the other hand, ended up losing a high-scoring game to Delhi Capitals. Chasing an improbably 229, the Kolkata-based outfit ended on 210 to suffer their second defeat in four games. For the Knight Riders, Sunil Narine at the top and Dinesh Karthik’s poor form are a matter of concern.
