IPL 2020, Match 32: Mumbai Indians vs Kolkata Knight Riders - Toss Report

Defending champions Mumbai Indians will take on Kolkata Knight Riders in the 32nd match of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Eoin Morgan will start his captaincy stint in IPL with this very game and one can say that he could not have asked for a tougher game.
The Mumbai Indians – Kolkata Knight Riders rivalry is the most lopsided rivalry in the history of the IPL with the Mumba-based franchise completely dominating it so far. The head-to-head data reads 20-6 in favour of Mumbai Indians and so, form as well as history is in the defending champions’ side.

With five wins from their opening seven games, the Rohit Sharma-led side is currently second in the points table. Everything is clicking for them at the moment, right from the top-order, middle-order to the bowlers.
On the other hand, Kolkata Knight Riders are fourth in the table with four wins from seven games. While they are still in a decent position, it won’t be wrong to say that the two-time IPL champions have not looked settled so far. Their power-packed batting lineup is yet to fire while their promising bowling lineup has looked inconsistent too.
