High flying Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab will lock horns against each other in the ninth match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Both the teams are entering this game after registering thumping wins in their previous games. Both the sides scored more than 200 runs before restricting the oppositions easily.

Rajasthan Royals thrashed Chennai Super Kings by 16 runs after posting 216, the highest total of this year’s tournament so far. On the other hand, Kings XI Punjab decimated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 97 runs after a century from their skipper KL Rahul powered them to 206.

With Sharjah being the venue of this game and both the teams are filled with power hitters, one can expect another run fest. The last game at this venue which was the one between Rajasthan Royals and CSK saw as many as 33 sixes and 18 boundaries being hit – the joint-highest for an IPL game.

Rajasthan Royals will be boosted by the return of Jos Buttler who missed their previous game due to quarantine rules. One can expect another cracking contest tonight if things pan out as expected.
