Twitter certainly looked unhappy with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) as they lost yet another game in IPL 2020 and the franchise have dug a massive hole for them this year. The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) beat them in the southern derby of IPL by 37 runs to win their fourth game of the tournament.
Chennai Super Kings took on Royal Challengers Bangalore in match 25 of IPL 2020 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Saturday. Batting first, Royal Challengers Bangalore smashed 169 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in their 20 overs, courtesy a Virat Kohli special as the RCB skipper pulled off a masterclass and scored 90* runs to end the RCB innings on a high.

Why do people troll a certain team?
1. Is it because they expected them to fail in the first place but their success proved them wrong?
2. Or is it because they love the team too much and are venting their frustration by trolling them? #IPL2020 #CSK #GenuineQuestion— Aakash Chopra (@cricketaakash) October 10, 2020
Fact is @ChennaiIPL present team consists of great names but all spent forces now…let’s see if they can still win #IPL2020 from here #CSKvRCB

I’m afraid #CSK look very long in the tooth, very short on energy and ambition. Will need something extraordinary to recover from this near hopeless situation

Great to see @imVkohli getting into the groove now…batting captaincy…fielding. @RCBTweets is slowly getting better…very important in a big tournament to peak at the right time…

Absolutely no issues Dhoni playing like this. Went on the attack early, nailed one, missed the other. Tough luck!

If the @IPL needed any more lighting up, it’s got it. Stunning, sublime, savage knock by @imVkohli ! Unbelievable.

Virat Kohli ran 50 of his 90 runs. I can’t think of any other batsman who would do this (or see the need to do this in a T20)
— Siddhartha Vaidyanathan (@sidvee) October 10, 2020
Pressure tells. He can’t come when asking rate is 14-15. He has to give himself more balls. Inexplicable who the best man won’t bat 4? Dhoni at 4 is an enigma impossible to solve. Yuzi showed his class and not once was flustered.

No one in CSK is going to replicate Kohli’s late burst. If they want to win, they have to go big now, in 16 & 17.
This needed Curran.
— Prem Panicker (@prempanicker) October 10, 2020
So this match has taken an interesting and exciting twist in last couple of overs. #CSK sniff a chance. Have strike power in Dhoni, Jadeja, Curran but Rayudu must bat through for a realistic chance

CSK Look To Create History Even After Losing Games On The Trot
Chennai Super Kings have certainly had one of the poorest seasons this year in IPL 2020 so far. They have now lost 5 games out of the 7 matches played so far and are on the bottom half of the IPL 2020 points table. From here, a berth in the playoffs definitely looks an impossible shot and Chennai are definitely not the team that they used to be every year.
However, even after losing games on the trot, Chennai Super Kings look certain to create a record this season as well. However, this won’t be something that they will be very proud of. If Chennai Super Kings fail to qualify for the playoffs this season, it will be the first time they do so while competing in the tournament. Hence, CSK will look to avoid achieving this feat.
