Former Australian batsman Mark Waugh said that death bowling is a major headache for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018.

Unfortunately, Virat Kohli led team’s bowlers haven’t got their act together especially at the fag end of an innings in edition eleven of the Twenty20 league.

There is no iota of doubt that final five overs proved to be Royal Challengers Bangalore’s, Achilles Heel.

Men in Red bowlers have leaked runs at an economy of above 13 runs per over which has led to the downfall of the team.

Death bowling is RCB’s, Achilles Heel.

“Death bowling is a major area of concern for RCB. Currently, as their bowlers are too expensive towards the end,” Waugh, a Star Sports Select Dugout expert said in a media release.

Former Aussie opener Mark Waugh added that the RCB’s bizarre bowling has affected their results.

Kohli’s team has found itself in a good stead ahead in the match against Mumbai. but their bowlers haven’t been able to deliver the goods while taking this particular season into consideration.

Royal Challengers batsmen are doing a decent job but their bowlers have failed to support them.

It is a major concern for the Bangalore franchise going ahead into the tournament.

The bowlers are lacking experience and the same is palpable in the way they have bowled. Royal Challengers have won three matches out of the eight they have played in this ongoing season.

Thus, their bowlers should be at the top of their game if they are to qualify for the playoffs stage.

It is going to be a strenuous examination for the RCB bowlers and they would like to bounce back.
