‘If Cricket is a religion, then Sachin Tendulkar is God’ is a famous saying amongst cricket enthusiast in India. However, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and India’s talismanic cricketer MS Dhoni is there to challenge Sachin status as God.

In the recently-concluded match between Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders, one of the ardent Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s fans, breached the tight security at Eden Gardens, to touch the feet of the Indian legend.

MSD was waiting for his opportunity to bat at the dugout with CSK- two down.

Perhaps, the captain was looking at a video to combat the spin attack of KKR which has made him uneasy, over the years.

Suddenly, one of the spectators, dressed in yellow, appeared in front of the CSK dug-out, to touch MS Dhoni’s feet and to pay his respect.

After witnessing the developments in front of him, Michael Hussey appeared to be shocked and concerned, keeping a check on the situation, before the security personnel grabbed an arm of a fan.

That said, MSD, renowned for keeping his cool, appreciated the gesture and gave his blessing before he was forcefully taken off the area.
