‘Jason Roy has lost it’ – This is what the caption read as England’s famous Barmy Army posted a hilarious clip of the opening batsman while being at home. Cricketers across the world are isolating at their homes as the world fight against the deadly coronavirus pandemic.

All the major international and domestic fixtures are off as cricket boards around the globe have come forward to prioritise safety over the game.  Earlier this month, the BCCI called off the three-match ODI series against South Africa after initially deciding to hold the last two games behind closed doors.

The BCCI have also suspended the IPL till April 15 and reports suggest that there is a big chance, the tournament might get cancelled altogether this year. The likes of South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies, England, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and other cricket countries have also called off their international and domestic fixtures.

With no action going on, cricketers are keeping themselves occupied with different activities. In the last few days, videos of James Anderson benchpressing his daughters, Kane Williamson training his dogs, Anushka Sharma cutting Virat Kohli’s hairs have come out.

But nothing looked as hilarious as the one featuring Jason Roy. Barmy Army’s official Twitter handle posted the hilarious clip in which the England star could be seen doing his quirky dance moves.

Indian cricket fraternity steps up:

During the testing times of the coronavirus pandemic, Indian cricket fraternity has made its presence felt by coming forward to help the citizens. On Saturday, the BCCI also joined the coronavirus fight. The richest cricket board in the world has donated INR 51 crore for the cause.

The likes  of Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Sourav Ganguly, Gautam Gambhir, Shikhar Dhawan and Pathan brothers – Irfan and Yusuf – have helped the needy too.

Gambhir and Tendulkar has pledged to donate Rs 50 lakh for the cause while Ganguly has pledged to donate rice worth Rs 50 lakh. On the other hand, Yusuf and Irfan have donated face masks while Dhawan has donated to the Prime Minister’s relief fund. Dhoni, on the other hand, donated Rs 1 lakh.
