England’s rookie fast bowler Jofra Archer tried to troll the veteran pacer James Anderson on his Instagram story. Archer posted that it is showtime for James Anderson whenever the cloud comes on in the match. Anderson’s biggest weapon in his armoury is his swing and we have seen how lethal he can be when the conditions are perfect for swing bowling.
In fact, James Anderson has the skills to move the ball both ways. There is no denying the fact that the experienced fast bowler has taken most of his wickets whenever there are cloudy conditions. However, at the same time, we should take away anything from him.

Furthermore, English conditions are always perfect for swing bowling. The cloud can show up at any time as the weather is unpredictable. Thus, James Anderson has had great success while bowling in his own conditions. Subsequently, James Anderson is often referred to as ‘Clouderson’. Anderson is England’s one of the best fast bowlers and he had also leapfrogged Glenn McGrath tally of 563 wickets in the series against India.
Meanwhile, Jofra Archer could not get a place in the World Cup squad for the England team. However, he is currently playing in the five-match ODI series against Pakistan. Archer had bowled with aplomb in the first One Day International in which he had conceded six runs and had scalped one wicket in his four overs.

Consequently, Jofra Archer will like to impress the selectors and earn his place in the World Cup squad. In fact, he is backed by most of the former players and it would be interesting to note whether he would be a late entrant into the team.
England will begin their World Cup campaign against South Africa at Kennington Oval on 30th May. Eoin Morgan led side is regarded as one of the strongest contenders of the quadrennial event.
