Rajasthan Royals batting line-up has struggled big time in IPL 2020. The franchise has mostly relied on their top-order including the likes of Steve Smith, Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson. But Smith has looked rusty in the tournament while wicket-keeper batsman Samson still remains inconsistent.

Chasing 194 runs against Mumbai Indians on Tuesday, the Jaipur franchise got off to a poor start as they were reduced to 12/3. Smith was sent back for six runs while Samson was dismissed for nought. However, Buttler stood his ground and played a power-packed but failed to help his side cross the line.

Jos Buttler becoming Mr Reliable for Rajasthan Royals, reckons Brad Hogg

Former Australia spinner Brad Hogg analysed the way Rajasthan Royals players are going about their business in the last few matches and said that Buttler is becoming Mr.Reliable for the side as Smith has gone away from the way he sets up his innings by playing some rash shots.

“Buttler becoming Mr Reliable. Smith, the last three games he has gone away from the way he sets his innings up, playing rash shots that are uncharacteristic. It maybe an issue of been in the Bubble atmosphere,” Brad Hogg tweeted.
